I have to first say, the front desk personnel was spectacular. So was the breakfast in the morning. They kept it stocked and cleaned, but it also wasn't very busy. The front desk had cookies, which my kids kept going back. The front desk lady was so nice about it. The rooms were clean and comfortable. After touring the hot battlefields. We were ready to unwind a bit. The only not good (and I don't want to use the word bad) was the pool. It is EXTREMELY small. There is not a lot a room in the swimming area. Again, the hotel wasn't busy the weekend we went, so my kids enjoyed the 3 foot pool. But I could see how that may frustrate some families when they see that this hotel has a pool. It's not a 5 foot sit by and relax type pool. It's a 3 footer, small, no space to relax type pool. Besides that great place to stay, not far from the battlefields. There are restuarantes down the road and the outlets are also right down the road.
