Stayed here for two nights last weekend, as part of a convention. Generally, a satisfactory experience, and the hotel met expectations. the room was comfortable, clean, and we got a good night's sleep.
Some comments - as one who sleeps on his side, the pillows did not work well. Using one of the rather skimpy pillows was too little, while two of them were too much. Fortunately, this was a minor inconvenience for me. We ate at the hotel's breakfast buffet the first day, as there was no convention meal scheduled. While the breakfast buffet is, as so often happens, overpriced for what you get, there were a couple of pleasant surprises. The hotel has wisely chosen to provide breakfast pastries which are far better than the junk many places serve. Also, the price you se for the buffet is the price you pay, as the coffee and juice is included (some places don't!). If time had allowed, we would have gone elsewhere for breakfast (our usual practice), but the buffet met our needs.
If we return to Gettysburg overnight, we might try the Wyndham again.More
