I'll start off with saying that the waitress was a very nice girl, however we didn't see much of her. That being said the service wasn't that great. We were in Olivia's for 2 and a half hours total (not by choice). The mushroom caps were cold and not fully cooked, but had good flavor. The greek salad is good, but the way that they used to do it was a much nicer presentation. The sirloin tips are disgusting! They had absolutely no flavor and were WAY overcooked...I was chewing one for about 3 minutes. They came with sliced uncooked onions and mushrooms and I expected them to be in some kind of a sauce, which they weren't. My mom complained and asked for it to be taken off the bill, and the girl said that she would try. I'm guessing the managers don't do that often. When she came back she was very apologetic and took it off the bill for us which was nice. She told us that there were new cooks in the kitchen and they weren't fully trained yet. Well you probably shoudn't let them cook for customers then. The manager never came out to apologize or ask if everything was ok. Olivia's has definitely gone downhill. There's a reason there's never anyone there except at the bar on weekend nights.

We arrived at Olivia's and were promptly greeted and seated. The waiter was equally prompt in taking our drink orders. We enjoyed the holiday decorations and music - nice touch.

The fresh bread and wasrm and tasty. The hummus that accompanied the bread was good.

The salads were standard salads. Nothing spectacular but there were too many (50+) cucumber seeds on the salad plate - not appetizing. Dressing had little flavor.

The pace of the meal was good. The main courses arrived hot. Large portions. Unfortunately, none of our three dishes had much flavor. The Seafood Alfredo didn't very little seafood. The sauce was underseasoned and had little flavor (lacked the creamy, gralic & cheese punch of a true Alfredo sauce) It was edible but not something I'd order again.

The Aloha Seafare looked nothing like the picture in the menu. The shrimp were small fragments with little flavor. The bay scallops were overcooked and the tilapia was not grilled as we had been told. The rice wasn't very good and the entire dish was drowned in the Hawaiian chutney (nearly drippping off the plate overpowering the dish by making it almost sickening sweet). It was edible but not much better than the quality of a frozen dinner from the supermarket. The dish could be successful if they used 75% less sauce, cooked the rice fresh to order and if they would season the seafood before cooking (cooking the scallops last to avoid overcooking them)

Olivia's has a nice selection of desserts - several cheesecakes to choose from.

It wasn't a horrible meal (the bread, hummus and desserts were good) but they have work to do on the main courses that we had. Glad we tried it our but I'm not sure if we will be going back.

Located 4 miles out of town . Nice to visit after a busy day touring. Greek/Italian food. Loved the baked apple/sweet potatoes. Out dinner was wonderful, well presented. We had a salmon dinner and a fire roasted pork chop dinner. Excellant.

Dinners are very diverse with Greek food being dominant. The side greek salad that was served with my Spanakopita was beautifully served and included a dolmade. The environment was very comfortable and outdoor seating is available when the weather permits. My husband got the Veal St. Michael which he loved. Olivias was very accomodating to his low carb diet and served it over steamed broccoli. Great place to visit for our weekly "date night".

We ate here while staying in Gettysburg for a soccer tournament. All the restaurants in town were packed with soccer people, so we headed south on 97 to Olivia's. We stayed 2 nights in Gettysburg and both nights we had dinner at Olivia's. Food was good and reasonably priced. The first night it was just my family (3 people). the second night, we brought a group of 20+ from the soccer team. We had a great dinner outside on the back patio/deck. The live music was nice and the kids had a blast dancing and singing and running around like fools. At one point, the musician even let one of our girls sing a song! The owner sent out ice cream for the girls at the end of our meal. We will definitely be back!
