“Small Place, but great cheese steak.”
Reviewed June 4, 2014

My wife, 4 year old son, and I decided to try the place out. Very small inside, but clean. Decorated with many gift shop items and old signs. Cheese steak was awesome. Definitely best in town. My son also loved his hamburger and fries. Check this place out if you are in the mood for a cheese steak or burger, and the fries are also hot and fresh made to order.

“Fresh, hot food.”
Reviewed May 31, 2014

Quirky. Very tiny place with limited seating, but the food is excellent. We went there because we had a Restaurant.com certificate, but would go again because the food was good. The cheese steak sandwich was large and delicious. The small order of fries was more than enough for two people.

“Best Burgers”
Reviewed May 31, 2014

We are true burger snobs and this place has the best. Sitting outside is a must as the inside is dark and crowded. Go early for lunch, sit outside, share a SMALL basket of fries and enjoy a tastey burger.

“Great hot cheesestakes!”
Reviewed May 29, 2014

Amazing cheesestake and fries. It was a cold day during our Gettysburg sightseeing and we were getting hungry and wanted a hot meal. This came up on yelp and trip advisor so we decided to stop here. So glad we did. My husband and I are kinda picky and don't like greesy spoon restaurants, so I was worried to get greesy diner food. But we absolutely didn't. So yummy and fresh and not greesy at all. :-). Definitely would reccomend Hunts. Our waiter was very friendly and even gave us a little history lesson and tips on what to see while we're here. our meal came out quickly, and was so good we may have scarfed it down too fast :).

“Excellent Fries and Cheesesteaks”
Reviewed May 27, 2014

We ate at Hunt's both nights of our visit to Gettysburg. It was beautiful weather, so we sat outside both nights and used a highchair for our daughter. The prices were great for an easy and quick family dinner, which is what we needed with our daughter after sightseeing for the day. The cheesesteaks were excellent, and the fries are homemade and my husband said he might put them up there with the best he has ever had! I tried mine with the cheese sauce as well, and really enjoyed them! We will be going here again next time we are in town!
