Stayed in the Queen Suite over 3 nights. What an amazing hotel, with a wonderful history. If looking for a nice quiet hotel this is the place to stay. Not far from anything in Gettysburg and actually very walkable to the town so don't even have to drive at times. The staff was amazing, knowledge, and super friendly.

This is actually an old high school and if stay in the queen suite you can actually still see where the original arch and doorway to the school is-pretty cool. The suite itself had very comfy beds and very high ceiling-very spacious. The suite also came with 2 tvs and a mini fridge which was handy, as well. Loved staying here. Extra plus were the scones in the afternoon-very tasty.

This boutique hotel was lovely in every sense. The owners had an incredible vision when they took an old school and turned it into a hotel. The rooms are large, clean, well appointed and comfortable. It is a historical building with no elevator....so pack accordingly. You may have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Take the time to eat in the Pub in the basement, as the food was delicious and the company behind the bar even better. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

My wife and I stayed here two nights during our visit to the Gettysburg battlefield. It was an awesome historic stay. We stayed in room #307. The room had a historic feel with all the modern conveniences. Had coffee at the coffee shop near by. We had supper at the Irish Pub located nearby. Awesome visit.

Room Tip: Large Rooms, #307 was awesome!

The Federal Pointe Inn is a beautiful hotel just a two block walk from the main square of Gettysburg. The room was a luxurious and the marbled bathroom with jacuzzi tub was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was generally quiet. We loved being able to leave our car in the parking lot and just walk 1.5 blocks to several restaurants. We would definitley stay here again!

Converted school with some interesting pieces dotted throughout -- beautiful giant US flag outside our room. Room was very nice, very comfortable, very big. Worth spending a bit extra. We stayed two nights. Restaurant was the reason for not being a five star ... just didn't have much of a selection. Food was good, but just nothing exciting. We stayed here April 2015 over the Easter weekend ... very limited selection of restaurants were open on Sunday due to it being the holiday weekend. Gettysburg was a great place to visit though. Thoroughly enjoyed and would return to this hotel.
