Read about the history and ghost history of this bridge so we wanted to find it. Just a few minutes drive from town so it was a nice drive and a pretty location to visit in the fall. We went both during the day and again late night to ghost hunt. We did not see anything but still enjoyed the adventure enough to return 3 times. Be sure to take a flashlight as it is pitch black at night. And beware of rising waters if there is a flood watch as the area does flood.

We were on a geocaching tour of Gettysburg and this one was on the list. One of the group is also a covered bridge fan so this was a great stop for her. We were here mid afternoon, no hint that the place was haunted. We saw a rather large fish jump, and a blue Heron that was near the breast of the dam. Loved the architecture of the bridge and got a smiley for the Geocache!

No ghosts here for sure...We went both day and late night and there were so many people at night the only ORB to be seen are the comings and going of headlights! And it was slow in the area due to the giverment shutdown, maybe all the people werer bored so they wanted to be scared! So skip it, its a waste of time and energy unless you like lots if people wiht flashlights.

Sachs covered bridge is a hidden gem in Gettysburg. It is less then 5 minutes from the battlefield and a regular stop for me. Never busey, it offers quiet and beautiful surroundings for a relaxing afternoon. But be sure to visit in the day, it's restricted after dark, unless you are a part of a ghost tour!
