“Beautiful spot”
Reviewed June 12, 2012

The bridge is beautiful and the history of it and the surrounding area is really something to learn. We took Miss Betty's Ghost tour and she brought us here. I'd recomend doing her ghost tour also!

“Out of the way jewel”
Reviewed May 31, 2012

A little hard to find but well worth taking 15 minutes or more to enjoy; just a few miles down the Millerstown Road from Gettysburg (from western battlefield /Confederate Avenue, coming south, turn right (west) onto Millerstown Road and continue on Millerstown Road for a few miles; it's easy to miss the first time so watch carefully on the left for a creek that runs under the road, immediately past this is a little road to the left (no name that we could find) - you can see the bridge from the road, just a very short distance). So picturesque and a step back in time - makes for some beautfiul photo ops.

“good place to reflect”
Reviewed May 28, 2012

On the face of it, it is just what it says it is- a covered bridge. But when you take in to account what went on here, the place has an eerie feel. It says no trespassing after dark, but many people do and that is when you really get an otherwordly feeling. That feeling doesn't go away with daylight, but it is much reduced. A good spot to see on your own without a tour or large group of people.
