You would be doing yourself a disservice to miss this wonderful opportunity to see yourself on an original tin type or wetplate photograph. The process is interesting and long forgotten by most, but certainly worth learning about. The owners are absolutely charming and a joy to work with; we stayed much longer than our appointment secured simply talking with them. They enjoy their work and are a testament that America still thrives on old fashioned values.
Highly recommended. Splurge on the largest tin type or wetplate and oil painting. We did and have not regretted it!
