“Must see in Gettysburg.”
Reviewed June 27, 2014

When in Gettysburg you must stop in at the Gettysburg Museum of History. It is a free admission attraction but please give a donation to this superb experience. The owner/curator is friendly and very knowledgeable. It features artifacts and exhibits from early America to the Civil War to Vietnam to the present. It also features the Kennedy`s, Elvis,Marilyn Monroe and everything from a mummy`s head to Evel Knievel`s jacket. I was greatly impressed and i`m sure you will be as well.
The curator has also been featured on American Pickers and Pawn Stars.

“What a Historical Place”
Reviewed June 26, 2014

Forget the museum, the entire town is a museum. The railroad depot that Lincoln came in on, the hoses on Carlisle St., Dobbins restaurant. This is one of the most American historical place I have been to. I hope I live long enough to go there again.

“Fascinating and Intriguing”
Reviewed June 25, 2014

Wow! We found this little museum in the town of Gettysburg and we were immediately impressed! The unique and historically significant artifacts found in this small and mighty museum were fantastic. It isn't just another Civil War museum...it is so much more! Elvis, John F. Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe, Hitler were just a few of the names found. Every wall, case and corner was filled with so many interesting objects, pictures and facts. Some items were even for sale! I could have spent all day there! And, you can't beat the price...FREE!!! Don't miss this place!

“Very Interesting and Worth A Stop...”
Reviewed June 22, 2014

I insisted we stop after reading reviews. This was our families last stop before leaving Gettysburg and everyone was tired and not in the mood to stop. A few minutes inside and everyone was engrossed. There are so many different historical artifacts. We all agreed this was a terrific place to see.

“Fun place to visit”
Reviewed June 19, 2014

This is the museum that was seen on an episode of American Pickers. However, it is much more than just another Gettysburg Civil War museum. All aspects of history are covered, with artifacts from world history and entertainers to be found in this wonderful museum. Very highly recommended to see on any trip to Gettysburg.
