“This is a must do.”

We had the best time, your actors were on top of things the whole time. They didn't miss a cue. Very good snack and smart story lines. I'd recommend this for anyone who wants to do something different , museums are nice but this was a chance to be apart of the town. Loved it. Keep up the good work.

“family fun”
Reviewed September 9, 2013

We took our 8 yr old grandson to Gettysburg and this is the adventure he picked. Met a nice family and the boys had fun on their adventure. It was nice walking thru the area - no hurry and a great way to spend the day

“Lincoln's Treasure an Adventure for the Family”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

An entertaining adventure for the whole family. Contrary to some of the negative reviews my daughter (16 years of age) and son (15 years of age) had fun participating with the actors as they tried to solve the mystery of Lincoln's Treasure. The key to having a wonderful time is to let yourself go and participate with the actors. If you or your family are not really going to participate and are expecting to be entertained, then I suggest you go to the movies. In addition, this adventure was a wonderful way to see what the town of Gettysburg has to offer. And if you happen to be with a group who thinks the adventure to be silly, well press on and have your family take over with the interaction. Its all of what you make of it.

“Slip into Character and Have Fun”
Reviewed September 1, 2013

This is a great way to take a break from the somber tours through the battlefields. Right from the beginning, which is a cryptic phone call, this out-of-the-ordinary adventure pulls in participants. When you finally begin the hunt in earnest, you'll be moving around the town, watching over your shoulder for spies, passing by some lesser visited sites (take time to stop and read the plaques!), and having a great time if you slip into character and don't mind being a bit silly. The family, including our 11-year-old son, really enjoyed the hunt.

Each of the actors and town's people we met along the way were quite entertaining. Each kept in character well and more than one had our rowdy group in stitches.

Wear comfortable walking shoes. Bring some water in the summer and a Gettysburg map if you don't have a sense of direction or knowledge of the city streets. When your tour is over and if you have some spare time, you might spy on one of the other tours. It’s a good way to make them more paranoid.

“What a Joke! Waste of LOTS of money”
Reviewed August 28, 2013

This was so silly. I read all of the reviews and thought my young teens would love it. That was not the case. The clues are not a puzzle, or interesting, or thought provoking--basically, just go here, go here, go here. One of the actors did not show up for work that day, so we were missing 25% of the "mystery" leaving the adventure disjointed. The hokey ending was botched due "equipment failure" and the actors had to explain the ending--very anti-climatic The actors are not in much of a costume. Refreshments skimpy. This was a really expensive walk. Just saw Lincoln's Lost Treasure as a HUGE waste of money. Attempted to get my $170 back with no success. Save your money!
