Clean, comfortable. Attentive staff. I stay here because the price is right (and considerably less than other hotels in the area). Comfortable beds. Good size room. Ask for room in rear (quieter). Wi-fi. Ample breakfast. No elevator. If stairs are an issue, stay on first floor. Turtle Back Zoo and ice arena across the street. Lots of good restaurants within 10-15 minutes.

I stayed at this hotel because I travelled from out of state to attend a wedding. Pros: Decent sized room Clean bathroom, sheets and towels Everything worked Front desk staff was pleasant Cons: Price is too high - I have stayed at much nicer places that cost $30-$40 less per night Old building, stained carpets, weird smell Air conditioner (wall unit) was louder than a Mack truck Balcony had metal bars and extra locks on it (always comforting) Overall: As a young guy looking to crash after a night of partying at a wedding, it was OK...let's say 7 out of 10 on the rating scale

Thank You for your recent review of our property, Sorry that we fell short . Trip advisor doesn't give us your date of stay or room number so we have our staff checking all rooms with patio doors. Just wanted to mention that we don't have bars on the doors, it is a secondary patio door lock.. Thank you for staying with us.

We had two rooms at this hotel July 2013. Absolutely dirty smelly hotel. They have electronic air freshners plugged in all over to mask the odor. Black mold in the bathroom. Laminate coming off the toilet seat. Has limited internet reception in the rooms. Staff mentioned there are dead spots. Everthing is outdated, furniture, beds, electronics, etc... The television was so old it didn't even have a sleep option. The staff was very friendly. We had to stay in the area for three more nights and fortunately found the Westminster Hotel in Livingston. It's a four star hotel that cost only $20 more per night than theis Best Western and was excellent.

I sent you a request thru Trip Advisor to reach out to me , but no response. So we were unable to match a rate of another hotel which was very low. I explained to you only had a few rooms left and to discount down to that rate I would be throwing away money . I also said that you would be very happy there . So when you didn't get your way , you then decide to trash my hotel. If what you wrote was true I would have been out business along time ago .By the way I do know who you are .

We've stayed here a few times as our daughter lives nearby. It has big, comfortable rooms, and was a welcome place to stay after an all day drive. It has a big breakfast area with good variety. Our daughter unexpectedly stayed with us one night as she didn't have A/C. There was plenty of room to accommodate her and the front desk people were easy to work with. We did not incur any extra charges. We will definitely stay here again. It isn't cheap, but in this area, it's worth spending the extra money for a nice motel. The "cheap" motels tend to be just that, usually in a sketchy area. This motel is in a nice area next to a park.

Our stay at the Best Western Turtlebrook Inn was very nice. The room we were given was nicely decorated and had a feel like we had rented a suite or something in the area of an efficiency apartment in New Jersey or New York. It had me wishing we would have extended our stay as I found an 'at home comfort' that I left a party just to get back and enjoy it. We have friends in that area and plan on making several more trips, and we will definitely be staying at this same hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights in April during our visit to the US. We reserved a room via phone by giving our credit card number. When checking out, we paid in cash, as we always do, because of fear of credit card fraud. This is the O N L Y place we gave our credit card number in the US. About a month later, after returning home, we noticed that our card was charged for services we didn't use after we already left the US. These charges amounted to around $5000 for services in the very close area to the hotel. I would like to repeat: This is the only place where we gave our credit card number! Beware!!!

Room Tip: Don't give your credit card number

I guess your are positive that one of my employees' stole your credit card number. My employee's do not have access to credit numbers once they are entered into our property management system.A recent article in the newspaper reported that hackers stole 160 million credit numbers. You offered no proof other then to say you only gave it to us.Find that hard to believe. You stated that you stayed here for a couple of nights , to be exact you spent 15 nights at our hotel. So coming from outside the United Stated I guess you were carrying a lot of cash with you , as you stated you only used your credit card at our hotel. So from the time you checked out in April to the time you phoned me in June, 2 months later to accuse us of stealing you credit card.
