Must stay to enjoy the great view of Philadelphia and Penn's landing! Good hotel and place to stay and relax and dine :) I enjoyed seeing the frozen river from my room and boats floating on it- such an amazing experience!!!

Everyone was professional and attentive. Corner room provided a terrific view of the river. King bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Room was very quiet. (but that may have been because the hotel was relatively empty.) Seaport neighborhood looked like it would be a lot of fun in the spring and summer ... mostly deserted in the dead of winter. In/out parking was great for getting around.

I booked this hotel when I visited Philadelphia for a work conference. The location was convenient to a lot of fun historical places and the downtown conference center. The restaurant in the hotel was great and so was the bar. I was high enough up to have a great view. The rooms were large, comfortable, and perfect to come back to after a long day's work.

Thank you for sharing your opinions, and providing feedback on your recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Penn’s Landing. I am thrilled you found our hotel to be in a convenient area, and that you were able to easily enjoy many wonderful historical and interesting sites. We love that our guests have the ability to see some of the amazing things Philadelphia has to offer, without having to drive across town. It’s wonderful that you also had a chance to stay in and enjoy our restaurant. I am pleased to hear you enjoyed your meal, and that you were able to relax at the bar after a long day’s work. It is terrific that you found your room comfortable, and enjoyed returning to it to wind down after a busy day. Thank you for all of your kind words. It’s wonderful to see that our staff’s dedication to our guests, is leading to memorable, and enjoyable stays. I very much hope we will be able to welcome you back to the Hyatt Regency Penn’s Landing on your next visit to the area.

The hotel was clean and in a great location for views of the city and river from the 19th floor. The bed was comfortable and the size of the room was generous. However, the parking charge seems excessive ($30 a night). There was an onsight wedding and it appeared the partying moved to the hotel room at 2 a.m. that woke us up. It went on for a little while before someone yelled at them to stop. I would recommend this location. Booked the reservation through Priceline.

The staff was outstanding. I mean every staff member from the front desk to the restaurant to the bellhop. Just outstanding. Food was average and maybe a tad overpriced, but not outrageous. Housekeeping was A+. The location was great also. My only issue is the $10 per day for internet usage. For the high price of the room this service should be complimentary.

The hotel is really as many Hyatt. If you have a corner room or a room with view, you will be amazed by the bridge at night and the color of the city. The restaurant is also good. You will have to pay for the parking. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. Again a really nice Hyatt. The staff is perfect and you feel welcome.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Penn's Landing last night while in town for an event which took place at the hotel. Very easy to get to from NJ. When I first made the reservation I was shocked to find out there was an additional fee of $40 for overnight parking and $9.95 for wifi. However, I became a member of Hyatt (free of charge) and both these fees were waived PLUS I got the least expensive room rate of $199/night. Our dated room had two double beds, was very large, with a flat screen TV, a desk and a comfortable lounge chair. We didn't have enough towels and had to request twice to receive more towels. But what made up for all of this was the gorgeous view of the Ben Franklin Bridge, and Camden, as well as part of downtown Philadelphia. If you want a quiet room ask for a high floor - we were on the 14th floor in the corner and the room was very quiet.

Room Tip: We were on the 14th floor and had a corner room, so the view was spectacular.
