“A very nice room”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 6, 2012 via mobile

We were a party of 4 for pre theater meal. The service was prompt and accurate . I had the roasted vegetable appetizer ;which was very flavorable, this was dolled by the halibut that was braised to perfection.,my host brought a Pinot noir that was perfect . He had the lamb chops that were a very large portion that he highly praised.

“Beautiful Restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 29, 2012

Restaurant is beautiful. We had a very large group and the service was excellent. Food was trendy, fresh and tasty. Had Gnocchi in a Mushroom cream sauce - yummy. Arugula salad fresh and very good with aged cheese. Small dessert tastings all very good - Cheesecake-Tiramisu, etc

“Romantic BYOB! Need I say more?”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 29, 2012 via mobile

We ate here while enjoying a leisurely trip to Pholadelphia for the weekend from DC and we will be back just to eat here again! First off you can bring your own wine so you do not pay over inflated alcohol prices to drink with your meal. The restaurant was pretty but when we went out back it was charming. You feel like you are in a quaint European outdoor cafe setting with vines on stone walls and fountains. It was very romantic and quiet. Then our waiter came over and was equally charming. The food was really good and whoever said the portions are too small must be from the Midwest because the portions are adequate and appropriate for a filling and healthy meal. We loved this place from beginning to end and plan to come back for a romantic outing again. Great date spot but sit outside in the candlelight.

“Good -Unique Italian Food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 11, 2012

Liked that restaurant was BYOB. Good Ceasar salads and bread. e all had great pasta dishes and many of the choices were unique. Not your typical Italian dishes. Almost too different We wished they did have a chicken or veal parmesan dish. Nice atmosphere and the waiters were friendly and the service was very quick. We only had to walk a view blocks from the Radisson and were able to get a reservation the day of our visit.

“Great value, very good food!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 19, 2012

Just had a late lunch here today, and it was a nice place for a pleasant lunch after a long meeting. We came here based on a word-of-mouth recommendation, and it was a good choice.

I had tortelloni with veal and chicken - I found the sauce to be a bit garlicky, but that's a question of taste. My dining companions had salmon with some lovely roasted root veggies, and a salad. I thought for the price, it was well worth it -- about $12/person for a nice sitdown lunch - that's almost what you'd pay somewhere like Panera or an upscale deli!

It's hard to say if I'd come back, but it's good to know of a good place in the neighborhood and I thought it was a good value.
