Come hungry. I've been to a couple of their other locations but this one stands above the rest. The service was phenomenal. The food is always top notch but the attention to detail by the staff was remarkable.

consistent "what you see is what you get" restaurant. salad bar is fantastic, but you really need an appetite to feel you capitalised on the experience.

Best meal I've had in a long time.

If you're not familiar with the concept, you pay one price. There's a fabulous salad bar with crisp, fresh greens, chicken and fish salads, peppers, onions, all sorts of condiments, all delicious. But don't blow it all on the salad bar; leave plenty of room for your meal.

You have a disc on your table. Turn it to green when you want to be served, to red when you need a break or are about to explode. The servers will come around with freshly broiled, roasted, grilled, and braised meats: beef, lamb, chicken.

The marinades are great and trend toward the Brazilian penchant for garlic. The beef and lamb I had was tender and delicious; the chicken, I must say, was not the best I've ever had. You get a choice of three sides (which, again, the servers just keep bringing out) but I stuck with some of the best garlic mashed potatoes I've had and was quite pleased.

Top this all off with a glass of South American wine (Brazilian cab) from an extensive list and you have a truly sumptuous feast.
