Nothing better than freshly grilled meats - served tableside. The salad bar has everything you could ever want. Had a great experience at Fogo de Chao.

“Wow!”
Reviewed May 19, 2013

A meat lovers paradise. This restaurant is more than a place to eat, it's an experience. The restaurant is visually beautiful, large and classy. The waiters carrying the the meat on skewers are in constant motion and eagar to slice you a piece of their perfectly cooked creations on skewers. The mixed drinks are a little pricey but the beer prices are reasonable. It's a little expensive as a routine meal but well worth it for special occasions.

This place is amazing, the atmosphere was very pleasant, friendly, very top notch
The salad bar to start was excellent many different types of food to select not your typical salad bar a variety of everything from soup to nuts
You are given a card at your table red side means stop and of course green go
When the waiters see that green card they continue to bring you all different types of meat until you turn the card to red ALL YOU CAN EAT
The service was excellent drinks were very good
Never had to wait for anything

“cruise ship dining on Chestnut”
Reviewed May 5, 2013 via mobile

This is a massive room with tons of tables that looks and feels like a large cruise ship dining room. Compounding this is the hustle of the servers and the large centrally located salad bar. Some cuts of meat here are worthy of the reviews, like the house special and the garlic sirloin, others leave much to be desired, the lamb t-bones, and still others never get offered, the lamb chops. Salad bar is big and the crowds load up on the greens but didn't encounter anything that was exceptional. While the $50 price per head is reasonable, the wines were steep and more then doubled our bill. We could have gone cheaper but who wants lousy wine? The fried polenta and plantains were really good. Pecan pie was OK but could have been less wet. Service is decent but be prepared for about 4-5 people to look after you plus the gauchos. This is a one time event, can't see myself returning again and again. I prefer one smaller portion of high quality beef not a taste of hit or miss beef.
