For excellent, imaginative Tapas, in a lively bustling atmosphere, it's hard to beat Amada. Master Chef and restauranteur Jose Garces brings an original approach to what has become a very trendy cuisine, that sets his creations apart.The menu is so extensive that it takes a while to narrow down one' s choices. I would suggest trying dishes from a variety of categories. On a past visit, the Lamb Chops and seasonal Wild Mushrooms were both delicious. Keep in mind: all those small dishes can add up to a hefty bill. Experiment and enjoy.
