Besides hearing the usual Franklin accolades, there were some I never read in the history books.
Looking at photos, each with verbal history behind it and hands-on activities, makes the quaint museum close to the top in rank. There are rangers on site to answer your questions. Well versed and knowledgeable.
Some tourists tend to miss or leave out this museum because not much is said but when you walk in the courtyard coming through brick-lined 'alley' from Market street, one can only sense the steps Ben Franklin walked through time and again. Great for all ages.
Worth the $2.00 for adults admission. Staff very friendly and courteous.
