Kelly drive is a staple of Philadelphia. The street gets shut down every year on the weekends from a certain date in Spring through fall. People love to run, bike, walk, watch the boats or partake in a 5 K, 10 K, half or full marathon. Kelly drive is also the home to our beautiful Boat House Row and the Art Musuem lies at the bottom of it the side of the city. I spent hours roller blading on Kelly drive back in the day and have participated in many races that took place on Kelly drive!!

It's a nice fair walk toward the Philadelphia museum of art . The trees are well aligned . If you are a nature loving person it's worth a visit.

Kelly Drive is a rite of Spring. Park the car, hit the trail and have a great walk or jog with the whole family. Its Philly's Central Park and it leads to the great Phila Museum of Art

There is nothing like a fine day breezing along in your ride along the Drive. Watch the rowers, the birds, the cyclists, the walkers or just enjoy the scenery. There are several places to pull off and just watch the nature and the natives (Philadelphians) enjoy what is touted to be the largest non-continuous city-owned park in the world. Out-of-Towners, take the Drive in a passenger car only and obey or go under the speed limit -- regardless of Philadelphians passing you by. We've driven the Drive all our lives and know where the next curve and/or narrow lanes appear. Take your time, stop and get a ice cream or snack (about mid-way going north, by the river).

Great place to ride, nice wide paved trail that holds plenty of bikers and runners. It's along the Schuylkill River which has been cleaned up in recent years and connects with Fairmont Park.
