Slow unprofessional service end up with $191 bill for something we never saw. Instead of three glasses of wine Merlot we saw 6 glasses Merlot on our bill. 2 Strawberry salad we never see was charged $15 on receipt and then the admissions of 4 people we already paid a week before through internet was once again charged to us as a $60. After back and forth with host and the manager our bill was finally changed to $119.
Bad taste in the mouth even after appologies from the waiter, host and the manager.

The music is top notch, but they need to start over with the hosts and emcee.
The club will not succeed with such poor customer service.....The front man at the door treated the clientele like dirt....4/28/2012

Lots of jazz and the food is good too. You can come for drinks or a meal. Cover charge varies but the music can be great.

The ambiance is fantastic and exactly what you'd expect of a hip Philly jazz club. Intimate-feeling restaurant area that keeps you up close and personal with the performers. Really affordable cover charge for performances (usually $10 or $15, but $5 student discount!). The staff is always so friendly and accomodating, and the food is absolutely delicious. Even if you're nervous, try the frog legs!!!! They are to die for. Between all of the members of my family, we've had just about everything on the menu, and have had no complaints. The beef over mac and cheese is really tasty. All the performers we've seen have been wonderful, if you haven't been here I would HIGHLY reccommend this spot!!

The music experience was good... The food... horrid... We had a party of four and all food was bad. I knew we were in trouble when the bread they served was bad- it was like a club roll- that was stale. It's just an odd place- with horrible food. Would not go back and was a waste of a lot of $$. I would have rather stayed home.
