“Crowded but worth it”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 4, 2013

Fantastic selection of foods and and shops. Crowded with lack of parking and seating but if you go off peak hours, it is great fun. Affordable and something for every member in your party. Great for sharing and everyone gets the opportunity to try a variety of foods. Be prepared to eat and walk as the seating is at a premium and the lines can be daunting. Come for the frenetic energy of a market. Go every time I am in Philadelphia

“Crazy, but fun and worth a visit”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 4, 2013

We regularly stop at the market, be it for a quick lunch, buying a snack for a walk, or buying fresh fruit and vegetables (at good prices). It can be very very crowded, be careful of your wallet if it is very crowded.

“Foodie heaven”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 3, 2013

So many choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner and much more affordable then going to a sit down restaurant. This is must do if you have teens/family becuase everyone can find something they like. It's a market and not fine dining so you have to find a seating location but again this saves you a ton of money compared to a sit down restaurant.

“Must see”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 2, 2013

Wonderful food choices. Don't miss the best pretzels you have eaten, and get a Hoagie from Salumeria. But there is so much variety and high quality you can't miss. Great place to get ingredients to cook at home (fresh meats, cheeses, pasta, etc.)
