I came by here with my sister and her friends for a nice last night in Philly before her flying home. While our server was pleasant he was not attentive...we each ordered just soup and a salad and a dessert, it took two hours to receive all of our order with long periods between each item. One appetizer ordered to come with the soups came out tepid not hot. A leisurely meal is one thing but this was embarrassing. While the view remains wonderful, the quality of the food and the overall experience is not what I remember and feels overpriced for what you experience. Unless you just have to have a river view, look elsewhere for a good time.

Celebrated an occasion in party of five tonight. Since it was mid-week, three out of five took advantage of $30 complete dinner. (Also get AARP 10% discount.) These were good value but the food was served lukewarm with minimal sauces, so dry mashed potatoes and short ribs. The other two in the party had the one chicken dish on menu and the baked stuffed flounder. Both were quite good, but perhaps cooking these two after the three specials were plated and under heat lamp caused the lukewarm/dry problems. Portions mid-sized. The specials come with a mud pie dessert which they did not have. Substitutions were weak so we asked manager for Key Lime pie, and were disappointed. Sorbet was nice. Service was very good. Music in background was a little loud.

Ordered from the special drink menu but one of the liqueurs wasn't available, ordered a glass of wine but they didn't have it - and this was on a Saturday night! Food was good, but expensive; mud pie is no longer as good as it used to be-got the feeling they are cutting back. Surprisingly, Restaurant was half empty at 8:30; won't go back

I brought a client from out of town here since she was staying at the Hyatt which is a nice 5 minute walk along the river. We sat at the bar for Happy Hour and had a couple of drinks, a nice short menu with several drink specials, reasonable. The view was lovely of the river. We were seated for dinner with a view of the Ben Franklin Bridge. Our waiter was very attentive but time it took to receive our dinner was slow. The food was just ok, way over-priced for what it is. I would not return for dinner, perhaps just for happy hour.
