We went to Bistro Romano for the Mystery Dinner. We purchased tickets on their website for $45 which included the show and a 4-course dinner. The preset menu was soup, salad, dinner (3 choices) and dessert. It was a great deal. The food quality and quantity was above average for the price. The food was well worth the $45. The show was entertaining but hard to follow.

Bistro Romano hosts the Mystery Dinner theater, in addition to the full-service bar and restaurant. We arrived around 6:15pm and informed the hostess that we were there for the Mystery Dinner show. She quickly pointed us towards the bar saying, "The show doesn't start til 7pm. You can go to the bar." The hostess didn't take our name or explain any details. We continued to the bar for drinks but we were left feeling very confused. After inquiring, we learned the Mystery Dinner was held upstairs in a private dining room. However, the restrooms are located downstairs behind the bar. This meant traveling very steep steps and fighting through the bar crowd to get to the restrooms.

Overall, the experience was well worth the money. It was fun and different. I would recommend going for dinner but skip the dinner theater!

We had a great dinner at this restaurant at the recommendation of our concierge. The Food was fabulous, enjoyed the Caesar Salad, prepared at our table. The homemade pastas were wonderful and the Tira Misu outstanding. Service was extemely attentive. I can't wait to return on my next trip to Philadelphia.

Terrible! Nice atmoshpere, but bad food. They boast the best duck, and yeah... not even close! They don't even take the temperature.

We enjoyed this restaurant very much. The food was of the highest quality, well seasoned and fresh. Service was wonderful, our server was there to take care of what ever we needed. I will return on my next time in Philly. It lived up to all the accolades that I read online.

We were visiting Philadelphia for a long weekend and this was the Best Restaurant that we dined at. It's located in a nice area of the city called Society Hill, down by the Delaware River. The building is very unique, a former granary. The food and service were both top notch. We shared a Caesar salad which was prepared right at our table, outstanding presentation and equally outstanding taste. I had a filet and my partner lobster ravioli, both superb. The tira misu was to die for. I highly recommend this place.
