“Great place for a Wedding Dinner”
Reviewed December 1, 2013

My daughter and her husband got married in a small ceremony with just the parents present. We hosted the party of 10 at Moshulu and were very very pleased. We had drinks by the bar while we were awaiting our table where they served the newlyweds with a complimentary champagne toast. The restaurant is an old tall ship that was converted to a fine dining experience while keeping the original gorgeous staircase and other architectural aspects. Our meals were delicious. They came out hot and at the same time. The wait staff was attentive and knew their business. They also served a complimentary chocolate dessert to the husband and wife. We will definitely visit again! The price was reasonable for a 5 star restaurant.

“great lunches”
Reviewed November 18, 2013

Great lunch menu with nice views of the river. The staff and servers are excellent. The food options are very good. The lobster bisque soup is the very best. In the summer, you can go up to the outside deck and put your feet up and enjoy the view with a delicious cocktail..worth the trip.

“A pleasant place to spend lazy afternoon on weekend”
Reviewed November 15, 2013

We stopped by at Moshulu after going to the theatre to watch You say Tomato, I say Shut up. We wanted something light for a late lunch and since they wasn't open for dinner yet they offered us to try their bar area for light snack. We just ordered sandwiches and some beer and enjoyed a view out of the windows-it was incredible. An atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing with a light music and a few people around. We're planning to go back and celebrating something over there so we could experience their food and enjoy a pleasant surroundings. They invited us for New Year celebration-you could see fireworks from their windows.

“A wonderful experience!”

I took my wife here for our 5th wedding anniversary. Moshulu staff treated us exceptionally and the food was amazing! I had a giant lamb steak while she had a tandoori swordfish. It was a wonderful & romantic night!

“For that special evening. Moshulu”
Reviewed November 7, 2013

I went there on my 19th Wedding Anniversary. The decor, ambiance and style was quite nice. The staff, food, and drinks were wonderful. Very scenic area on the Philadephia River Front. A little pricey but worth it. I must say Duck cooked to perfection. Very tough to find we'll prepared duck in this area. Kudos.
