“Atmosphere, food, service - Prego!”
Reviewed June 12, 2014

Thanks for a wonderful intimate dining experience. Had dinner here on Monday with a colleague and we had grilled calamari, home made pasta in appetizer portions and fish (bronzino). Capped it off with cappuccino and cannoli. All elements of the meal were top notch with the exception of the overly cooked broccoli side to the fish. It tasted good, just too much time in the heat.

Service was wonderful - attentive, timely and friendly - without being intrusive.

Atmosphere was friendly and warm, if a bit too loud. Five stars for the simple fact that there are no TVs in the joint. It is a sad testimony to today's dining world that it is sometimes hard to find a restaurant without a TV (or ten) hanging out over the proceedings.

Thank you!

“Small but Greeeaaattt!!!”
Reviewed November 24, 2013

Dined there while on business in the area. This place was recommended by one of the local since we were staying by the airport and it was early in the evening. We weren't sure what to expect, but were lucky to get a table for six in this small place. That was just the beginning. The staff was fantastic and really accommodating to our needs. The food was well presented and fresh. Liked the hidden location, and easy access to major highways. We truly enjoy dining at Radicchio Café...we'll definitely dine there next time in the Philly area.

“Great service, great food, BYOB”
Reviewed July 31, 2013

When the weather is nice, sit outside! The special grilled calamari salad was delish as was the beet salad. Bronzini for two was absolutely perfect. The mashed potatoes and green vegetables were pretty basic but all in all it was a great dining experience. We've been here many times and have always had a great meal.

“Great Food - Pompos Staff”
Reviewed July 20, 2013

The food is very good! However the staff leaves something to be desired. We still left a twenty percent tip but they would have got more had the waiter not rolled his eyes when we asked for more glasses to have a toast among old friends!

“Fun date night”
Reviewed July 1, 2013

We double dated with our neighbors early one evening as this is relatively close to our homes. The place is always packed so we were glad to get there at 5:30pm and snag a table for by 6pm, there was a line out the door and stayed that way until we left an hour later. Our servers were professional although not engaging so if you like to banter with your waiter, don't bother. They are too busy and quite frankly, I don't think many of them understood English too well. We shared a beet salad and artichoke salad to start. I much preferred the artichokes as they were full stem on and nicely flavored whereas the beets were nothing special. For entrees I had the salmon and my husband had a scallop and shrimp dish with pasta and vodka sauce that was creamy and dreamy. My salmon was cooked to perfection and the accompanying asparagus and tomatoes were very light in a good way. Our neighbors both ordered pasta dishes that they said were also very good. It is a BYOB so you are free to imbibe as you please and there is no cork fee. It was a solid dining experience that did not disappoint.
