Food was less important here than the bar and the fantastic atmosphere. It is just like taking a trip to Cuba. We ate here for my son's 21st Birthday.

We visited this restaurant during the Philadelphia marathon and I have to say that the food here is simply amazing. They were able to easily sit a large party of 10 for us, and we saw parties up to 30 people. I got the LeChone (pulled pork) which was spectacular. It was a perfect balance of sweet, salty and spicy. They are known for their mojitos here and we tried a few from the classic, to the mango. Definitely would suggest getting a few of these are hard to beat. This place is perfect for a romantic dinner and can definitely help fit a large crowd if needed.

Terrible experience - will not go back. Had 8:30 reservations for my birthday party of 9 people. We got there early - at 8:10pm. We waited until 9pm before they would seat us. Hostess admitted that the Manager (male) gave our table away! The other Manager (female) addressed us very rudely and said that we were lucky because groups routinely have to wait 2 hours, despite having a reservation.

We had excellent service with a group of eight. Great appetizers and good Cuban food. Yucca was fabulous. Shrimp was good but not great. The meat platter had a nice variety and the cuts were well cooked. It was a lot of food for two people. Could easily be shared by three people. Lots of rum drinks (if you like rum, you will like the variety). I had the White Sangria and wasn't wild about it but my colleagues liked it. Maduros to die for. Delicious Pisco Sour. A fun evening.

Really good Caribbean food, and the service was excellent. We sat long enough to relax and have several drinks with our meal.
