We have wanted to dine at Bibou for quite a while. Fortunately, we have friends who have regular reservations and they invited us to join them. The food was delicious and the service very good (just enough, without being overbearing). Chef Pierre greeted us shortly after we were seated and again came to our table before we left. We did not partake of the day's special (tripe), but enjoyed everything we ordered. I especially liked the steak tartare appetizer. This is a lovely little restaurant with a wonderful feel. Delightful.
