Ate by myself at the bar. Polite and excellent flawless service. Waiter explained the lunch choices including restaurant week's menu.
The A/C was freezing cold...

“Great food and wine.”
Reviewed September 18, 2013

I'm a Capital Grille fan, away or at home it is always my favorite place for consistency. I always order the house Malbec, it's always great and they know how to cook a steak. There are a bunch of places that get my "consistency" award and this is one of them. You may not like the prices but to me it's worth it.

“Best Service in the City!”
Reviewed September 15, 2013 via mobile

Capital Grill might be one of my favorite steak houses in Philadelphia. The service is the best in the city. Very impressed with the promptness and attention that was paid to us, especially since it was a busy Friday night.

“Delicious food, Quality service”
Reviewed September 11, 2013

This is a great restaurant. Period. Yes, the prices are a bit higher than some, but the ambiance and the service make it worth the trip. I highly recommend the lobster bisque, filet mignon, delmonico ribeye, salmon, baked potato, creamed spinach, asparagus and, best of all, the crab cakes! Their crab cakes are the best in the world - seriously. If you are in downtown Philly, this is the place to go.

“Good atmosphere for a chain restaurant”
Reviewed September 8, 2013

The service was excellent and the menu selection was expansive. The prices were a bit higher than comparable high-end restaurants in the area, but that is part of the restaurant's cultivated reputation. The menu also has a good selection of lighter fare. The tables are well spaced, allowing for reasonable privacy during conversation.
