Great service and food. Love the inside too! Very inviting and cool. Now I know what all the fuss is about

Tasty selection of pizzas. I'm impressed. Bit pricey, but delicious. Liked the one with the goat cheese (forgot the name) - my favorite. Got to go back. But the place is small, so take-out is the best way to do it. Also an ice cream parlor inside. Pizza & ice cream = yum! Courteous employees. They should expand. And maybe this time put a real museum.

I could care less about the "pizza museum" thing, I think it's more a gimmicky joke than anything. The pizza itself is really good. That nice thin, crispy NYC style crust with really good topping. Both the red sauce and the white sauce are really good. The Kira (with brussel sprouts) might be my favorite. My bf was disappointed they took the one with brisket and blue cheese off the menu.

Pizza Brain bills itself as the world's first pizza museum. It isn't. The collection of pizza memorabilia is small and unremarkable. It does, however, work as a neighborhood pizza joint, with a fun atmosphere and friendly staff. The pizza was OK but overpriced. Extra points for freshness - even the single slices were fresh out of the oven, not warmed over stuff that has been sitting around. My favorite part, though was that it shares the adjoining space with Little Baby's Ice Cream (see separate review).

This place really is a neighborhood gem. They have a limited delivery area, but unless you're a local you really should head in for a slice. Their pizza themed memorabilia is pretty extensive, their service is fantastic AND the pizza is excellent. No heat lamps here!

*Bonus - after you finish your pizza, head next door to Little Baby's Ice Cream for the most unique ice cream experience in Philly!
