this hotel has a perfect location next to the liberty bell in downtown Philadelphia. The rooms are stylish and comfortable and the hotel staff is very helpfull and professional. If you are looking for a hip bar and good drinks I can only recommend the roof top bar Stratus at the Monaco Hotel

There are not many Center City hotels you check into & hug the door man & bell man! This was our 4th trip to Monaco & on arrival both Sean, Roshed & the other tall door man (I can't remember his name) remembered us. They are all such great ambassadors for a great hotel.

Once Rashed knew we were there, he sent up lovely welcome gifts & a note. He is a wonderful asset to this hotel. Every time we have stayed he has gone the extra mile to be friendly, take care of any comfort & just show his love for his work.

As many have said the location is great, food is pretty good & rooms are whimsical. We usually stay in a corner king spa room, this time we booked a few hours before arrival & were in a standard king spa, as the corner rooms were all booked. Smaller, view of building next door. Worth the money for the corner king spa, if you can get one go for it!

Hi Wilhelmenia!

There is nothing we like more than welcoming our extended family home. And who doesn't love a hug, or a high five? T, Sean, and Rashed will take either.

Come back soon! We can't wait to spoil you again.

Loved, loved, LOVED our stay at this beautiful hotel! They were so warm and welcoming and anxious to help us with anything to make our stay perfect. I was amazed to find the décor and hotel was even more impressive than the online pictures. We chose a Parkview room and overlooked Liberty square. WHAT a VIEW to wake up to! The location is excellent, right in the center of the old city. I can't imagine staying anywhere else if you visit Philadelphia.

My team doesn't accept anything less than a perfect stay! The best part is that they are truly genuine about wanting everyone to have a personal experience. Thanks for the LOVE!

I stayed here the week it opened, just for one night. It's pretty fabulous. The room was spacious, extremely well appointed and downright swanky. Service was very good, though we didn't really have much opportunity to avail ourselves of service since we were only there one night. The price of the room was discounted because the hotel had just opened but i felt we got a lot for our money (approximately $350/night, including parking and taxes). The location is awesome if you're doing the tourist thing, it's right across the street from Independence Mall. The little restaurant was very good but I would have liked to see a bit more of an expansive menu (I'm a vegetarian, there was only one selection for me).

We stayed at the Monaco on a business trip. It is described as a "Boutique-Hotel" and has some extraordinary design. The wallpaper is daring but somehow everything fits.

The rooms are nice, above average, very comfortable and the bed is phantastic and very, very comfortable. The room itself is covered against noise and after I arrived I could sleep to get rid of the jet lag.

;My husband loved the variety of local draught beers in the bar and the food had a very good quality as well.

Staff is nice, polite and very helpful.
We stayed almost a week and I can recommend this hotel to any business traveller.
