Everything was delicious! The Pap Frita is the die for! The only downside is that the area is a little tight, but we had a corner seat and were more than comfortable!

I've been to Jamonera several times and always enjoy it. The food is very good and Brian is one of the best mixologists I've encounterd. You won't be disappointed.

We took the tasting menu and everything was so... tasty !!! The mussels with corn was really amazing, and the wine pairing was also a good choice. Nothing bad at all : good ambiance, good music, and the service was perfect. A very good place to go if you're in Philly !!!

I would not give a 5 only because I love Amada and when comparing apples to apples, I would put Amada above Jamonera. That being said, we had several apps which were all great, but the paella was very very good and reminded me of some of the best paella I have ever had. The chorizo properly seasons the entire dish, which is, to me, the truest form of paella.

The dining room itself was very small, but service and ambience great. A little on the dark side, but that adds to the atmosphere. All in all, very good restaurant. If you are in this neighborhood and want tapas, this is a great option. Obviously, I would go to Amada in Old City or Bar Ferdinand if in Northern Liberties.

You go to a sister restaurant and get a late night happy hour promotion and there is a sign in the window promoting late night happy hour. Apparently the disgruntled staff wasn't notified. They do not offer you the HH menu until you ask. They treat you lake you don't exist once you ask for it. The tiny offering from the late night menu takes 20 minutes with an empty restaurant. There are so many better choices than this place or Barbuzzo on the same street.
