The owners and chefs of Verge are some of the most creative people I have ever run into with food. You order one thing for the table, a plate and something from the dirty list. Everything is vegan, even the wine and spirits. Their salt and chocolate dessert is hands down the best dessert in the city. I still marvel you can make I've cream without cream but it's amazing. Reservations are hard to come by. The menu changes regularly because of local sourcing. We made reservations for each season to experience the menu changes. We are far, far away from vegan.
