Had dinner 2 nights ago with a friend. The menu is 4 courses prie fixe for $49. A wine pairing is available. Tried some very interesting dishes. I tred the grilled octopus, sea bream w/ pork belly, cornish hen & rumraisin rice pudding. The grilled octopus was excellent if you don't mind some heat from the thai chiles. I tried my friend's black linguine with locatelli a 62 degree egg. If you have never had a 62 degree egg it is slow cooked and the yolk becomes like a creamy sauce. Mixed in with the cheese & seasonings it is faboulous. The best new dish I have tasted in a long time. Not to be missed.
