Perfect!!! It's only think I can say about our stay!
Marian - she is the person, who deserve the highest appreciation.
We took two rooms for one night. Everything was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable, rooms - quiet, air - just perfect!
Right next to hotel is parking lot. It is more expensive then others, but you can see your car any time you want from the hotel's window (I have expensive Cadillac with my customer's belongings).
Now always when I'll go to The City of Brotherly Love I will stay here.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Stayed 2 nights in this charming small hotel. The location is excellent for dining, sightseeing or shopping. The rooms are are very comfortable with superb beds, everything you need is provided including a safe, etc. The staff were so friendly and helpful. This is an upmarket, individual hotel in a period building which makes it special. Continental breakfast is included and there was plenty of choice. We would love to stay again should we be lucky enough to return to Philladelphia.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights for a meeting I had to attended. First off, the location of the hotel, which is right beside Rittenhouse Square, was perfect by Philly standards. The park is right around the corner, as is shopping and many great resturaunts (we loved Parc, Alma de Cuba, and Monks-a Belgian beer house). The hotel itself was great in its own right. This hotel is the exact opposite of a big chain hotel, which is noticeable as soon as you walk into the lobby. The entrance and lobby are tiny by hotel standards, but well done and appointed. What really set the place apart was the staff. We ran into Daniel, the manager, while checking in and he was Extremely nice and helpful. He helped us with all or needs, suggested the tourist spots and resturaunts, and he and the rest of the staff went generally above and beyond. Our room was located on the third floor, 307, and was very nice and clean. The room itself reminded me of staying in London. We had a King bed and nice wooden furnishings. Bathroom was small but very clean and well done. Another upside was the fact the TV got hbo demand and all sorts of movies for free. Overall the room was very nice and well done, the only issue we had was being beside the elevator which was somewhat loud during the night and early morning. The hotel itself does not have a ton of amenities but the staff will do everything it can to help make up for it. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would recomend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are tired of the big chain hotels.

We stayed as a family and found the place to be well locate And a little tight but had wonderful location and charm for a smaller property.

A little tight for a family maybe better suit for a couple without kids.

Decent location no thrills.

Room Tip: Get a high floor a little dark

Very convenient to many things to do, eat, and fun! The staff were very helpful and courteous. The rooms were beautiful, yet pricey.

This is a very cute as well as architecturally interesting boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Very clean rooms, very friendly and accommodating staff and nice free breakfast.

Room Tip: The room I was in on the top floor had a sky light which was added appeal.
