We've been to Thai Kuu on several occasions and have enjoyed the food each & every time. We've tried the edamame, the dumplings, pad thai, the curries, and spicy basil chicken, with each dish delicious and nicely prepared. We really love the flavors of their food. The service has consistently been good, no matter how busy they were, with the wait staff being friendly and attentive. The only slight deterrent is the noise level on weekend nights. As the restaurant is small and cozy, it tends to get rather loud when the tables are full. That being said, we could still enjoy conversation, and the food is definitely worth it.

Went here for Valentine's dinner. The restaurant is small and intimate; it has the atmosphere of an upscale restaurant with reasonable prices, plus it's BYOB! For an appetizer we shared the Thai crispy spring rolls. The pineapple himmaparn with shrimp was amazing and the presentation was so cool - it is served in half a pineapple!!! My boyfriend had the garlic soft shell crab which was tasty as well. This was my first time and I'm excited to return. Only complaint is how dark it is in there. Service was great!

Arriving on a moderately Busy Cold Winter night, An 8:30p.m. res is going to be a Late Quiet table.. Not.
They tried to initally seat closest table by the door, Blocked by a decorative screen, the exiters alone @ 10 degrees would have chilled your Soup ! 2nd table placement next to a part of 6 ,w / Multi- bead accents to soften & separate, did nothing for noise reduction. Could not hear or Answer Basic Conversations..except theirs ! More 8:45 tables opened up for better choices (table #3)
Noise level complicated a lack of Calamari on 1st Course, because Wait staff could Not hear me acknowledge her fine recommendations to pair my date's seafood soup app.Very Good Soup.
( i sampled).
Followed by entrees of Shrimp Pad Thai & Ginger Stir fry with Sea Bass, Both were nice & properly cooked & seasoned.
The Ginger Creme' Brulee was dainty enough that the think the other option (Coconut sorbet)
could be offered as a "comp" palate cleanser.. Arrive Early, Arrive Late..But maybe not on Saturdays. Have been in as Small (or Smaller) intimate Dining, But never as acoustically Unforgiving.

I visited Thai Kuu for Small Business Saturday and I was impressed. We spent about 66.00, brought our own bottle, and shared four entrees.
Pad See Ew Tofu, Massaman Curry Tofu, Green Curry Chicken, and Spicy Basil Sea Bass! Everything was delicious!!! The Sea Bass was EXCELLENT!!!!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone, the price point, taste, service, and atmosphere exceeded expectations!
Great Job!
