The rest- the Piazza seems to be a magnet for the young, tragically hip and Caucasian in an otherwise mixed city. If you are looking for a more refined experience that includes alcohol and flush toilets set up camp at one of the many bar or restaurants on the edge of the space. But do it early, outside seating is hard to come by. Shows go on rain or shine coolers are not allowed. Septa is down the street. Get off the Market Frankford line at Girard.
