The Institute is always a great visit for the kids - even though they are now 13 - 14 years old -- the interactive exhibits and education opportunities are always good. Some of the exhibits needed repairs and some where not working at all. I think the whole place needs a "polishing".
The train doesn't run? The planetarium movies are old. The space area was horrible, very little worked. Same demo's as last year.
Many activities are not included in the cost. The spy exhibit cost was high fro my perspective.
All that said it is still a good place for kids to learn and appreciate our history and discovery.
