I've been there a few times. The service is good, and the food is average. Sitting outside, on South Street, with nice weather is a huge plus. Other than the history of one of the Three Stooges being born there, there no real relation (it could have been any restaurant).

If you are looking for reliable bar food, Jon's is a good choice. Big selection and something for everyone. Kid-appropriate before 5 p.m. Turkey burger and fries were tasty and filling. My teenage daughter had a turkey club & chips and loved it. Our vegetarian friend enjoyed the black bean burger. Wine was reasonably-priced and average.

Fun to sit outside in summer and people-watch! I have been coming here for lunch for 20+ years and have yet to be disappointed.

Service is awful, but this isn't fine dining, so it's not a huge deal for me.

Was just there for lunch with friends and we all liked our food. I had the crab cake salad and the crab cake was broiled and had no fillers. Server was very nice. I would go back!

The bar is separate from the dining area. There's a nice, spacious upstairs where the bathrooms are (not sure what else this is used for - perhaps private parties?). For nice days, there's a patio to sit and eat on. Several large screen TV's lines the rooms for sports fans.

The menu had great variety - and numerous beers and mixed cocktails. The food and drinks were very good; I'd come back for more.
