“Excellent seafood tapas”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 2, 2012

Varied choice of fish or seafood tapas. Everything was good and cooked perfectly, especially the octopus. Some dishes were too salty, the ones with feta or olives. But all in all a great meal.

“Delicious!”

Get the Lobster Boil, and make sure that there is plenty of bread to sop up the juices. Wine was also great!

“Small Plates, Large Taste”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 22, 2012

Wonderful food and great service, all at a reasonable price. Share the dishes -- the "small plates" are terrific. Take a window seat and watch the world (well, at least Philadelphia) go by.

“Best meal in Philly in the past 30 days”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 13, 2012

I've been here a month, eating most of my meals out. This was the best meal I have had here. Period. Others I have tried include 10 Arts, Osteria, Sbraga, Kanella, Hunan Dynasty. Fish works by offering small plates. 5/7 of the small plates were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the Fried Skate, the scallops, the Shrimp Ceviche, the raw tuna salad, and the calamari salad. The weakest dishes were the lobster and the salmon, though these were still quite good. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere allowed intimate conversation. The meal cost for two was only 105 dollars, an absolute bargain for the quality of the seafood. I will journey back to Philly just to eat here.
