I don't believe you can actually go into the cemetary, you view it outside one of the gates. Good sense of history, but nothing spectacular.

“One of the Nations most historic cemetaries.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 16, 2012

Besides Ben Franklin's grave, here you can walk back in history to see the men and woman who were apart of founding our country in a very serine setting. Great for all ages. A must do is visit Ben Franklin's toumb,

“Cool history”

Fun to see the years and people who died. Quite amazing- though the ones buried IN the church are even better.

“Benjamin Franklin's Burial Site”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 1, 2012

There is a fee to visit the cemetery, but you can easily see the grave from the street without paying. There are 5 signers of the Declaration of Independence buried here as well as the founder of American psychiatry. Most of the stones are no longer legible so you must rely on the bronze markers for identification of the notables.

I do not think I would pay to get in again.

“A lot of HISTORY!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 28, 2012

It was cold when we went, but very cool. There is so much to see! We recommend taking time to look at all of the different grave sites. There is a lot of history and several signers of the Declarations of Independence buried there.
