Owner description: The largest single span suspension bridge in the world, at 1.8 miles, is brilliantly illuminated at night, with every single cable aglow.

The “Ben” as the locals call it is a wonderful walk from Camden, NJ to Philadelphia, PA. The bridge looks down on the mighty Delaware River and gives you a panoramic view of both waterfronts. There is safe and easy access from the Rutgers University Campus on the NJ side and the plaza on the Philly side. It is an easy walk to historic places on both sides of the river.

Always loved this bridge when it lit up. I loved even more how the median would change depending on traffic and being on the train (or driving next to it) as it crossed the bridge and you could see the water below. It's a beautiful bridge and very unique.

It is a bridge. It is blue-ish. It didn't fall into the water so it did its job like it is expected to do. I would say it is pretty average as far as all my bridge experiences.

How can you rate a bridge? The Golden Gate it ain't but if you want to get to Center City, it's the only direct route.

It's old, is always heavily traveled so it is a bumpy ride. Was built before much traffic and is really too few lanes for current population.
