Sabrina's is located in a very convenient spot on Callowhill Street near many Center City Philadelphia attractions. It's one block north of the Ben Franklin Parkway Their lunch menu includes terrific salads, great sandwiches and fantastic fresh cut french fries, including sweet potato fries.and stuffed french toast that should be considered dessert and shared by a few people.

We called ahead on a Saturday and had seating an hour and a half later. That was perfect for our plans. We parked, and sat outside the Kite and Key on the same street sipping Bloody Marys. After one drink it was time for Sabrina's.
Our table was ready, the service was excellent. It is a busy, busy city restaurant featuring brunch everyday as well as full breakfasts everyday all day. There is also a dinner and lunch menu. Lot's of twenty and thirty somethings with a sprinkling of oldsters in a clean non-descript room with some booths and many tables and chairs for two to twenty.

The portions were quite large but who can eat a half pound or more of fried potatoes. My Eggs Benedict was interesting, the eggs were overdone but tasty, the first taste of sauce was very good but then it just melded into the soggy muffin, the Canadian bacon was perfect, the spinach was spinach. Others having the same dish thought the Canadian Bacon was tough and the muffin great but the eggs were overdone.
.
My companions raved about the scrapple. I thought it was a little too salty, maybe too many pigs lips or tails. Another diner thought the Apple and Wisconsin Cheddar omlette could have had more cheese with more taste. The apples were done perfectly.
No one left hungry at this byob. I look forward to returning and doing some more tasting from the many interesting choices on the menu.

There are two locations for Sabrina's Café; my wife and I went to the one on Callowhill Street. We ate the Huevos Rancheros and French Toast. Both dishes were well prepared and delicious. The portions were generous and the meals are creative. The restaurant has a charming environment as well as a great atmosphere. They played some nice music in the background but it gets crowded quick so try to get there early. The staff was attentive and had great synergy with one another. Every single staff member made sure we were well served.

We got a seat at the counter (*secret you don't have to wait on the list to grab one of those seats) And it was a perfect view for seeing all the delicious items as them came hot off the griddle. Everything looked amazing. The stuffed french toast looked very decadent. My boyfriend and I went with the Eggs Benedict Florentine and Egg White, Spinach and Turkey Sausage Frittata. We found the waitresses friendly and entertaining. and great delicious food.

After consuming waaay too much fried food on our trip to Philly, I was glad to have a meal at this place. They actually had options to make your meal as "healthy" as you want it. They actually had whole wheat pancakes and turkey bacon. Their teas were really nice and fancy, and the portions were generous.
Minor complaint was the slow service and the noise, but neither or those were bad at all.
