Owner description: People-watching is the favorite pastime at this busting park, with loads of benches to accommodate weary pedestrians.

This square is so relaxing ! Maybe it's beautiful harmony and proportion between hight of surrounding buildings to its green park ? Or incredibale, spontaneous music one could hear, played often by Cutis talented students ?
In my eyes, it always filled with sun !

There are a lot of different areas in Philly but this is definitely one for great shopping, dining, and strolling. There are a lot of hotels in this area and everything you would want to see as a visitor is pretty much within 2 miles of this location.

Was just here on MOther's Day. They had a large craft show set up in the park. It was top notch and we loved it. We also love walking and shopping around Walnut street. The beautiful weather didn't hurt on MOther's day either!!

This park was teeming with blooming flowers and lots of shade, where we sat down under a tree to relax and enjoy a rest. Great people watching too!

I walk this park anytime I stay at the nearby Rittenhouse hotel or the St. Regis or when I am headed to Rouge or Devon Seafood restaurants. The park is nice (small) and clean. My only negative is that homeless people and some rougher sorts tend to hand out there all day long. They don't seem to bother anybody, but why doesn't the City help or engage these people vs. leaving them to spend their day sitting on park benches.
