Elfreth's Alley is a huge step back in time. It is hard to envision living in a house that is over 200 years old and yet people do. The kids loved the streets.

It's really cute street, really well preserved and something that's not that common to see... You really have the feeling you are walking back in time!

If you visit Philadelphia and don't walk down this street, you missed a piece of living history. I always bring people here who come to visit.
So, by all means, visit Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. But make sure you check out Elfreth's Alley.

Great place to get just walk and explore the galleries and shops in this Historic area. The architecture is from the 1776 era, so you feel like you are walking in Benjamin Franklyn's time.

You must see this place if you visit! It's very tucked away but worth finding. When you walk down the street here you will definetly forget you're in Philly... Take the tour it's cool!
