Living in NJ, we usually visit the Garden State Discovery Museum in Cherry Hill. It's really nice as well, but the Please Touch Museum is FANTASTIC!!! I have 4 children ages 7-2 and they all find something fun to do when we visit. My 7 year old son loves the race cars on the main level. My 5 year old daughter really enjoys the Alice and Wonderland exhibit and the Shop Rite grocery store. You have to pry my 2 year old twins out of the train exhibit! Even though it's a little farther for us, we take the trip over the bridge to go to the PTM as often as possible.

We've been to several children's museums. This one ranks as one of our favorites (the other being the Chicago Children's Museum, with the 3 story climbing net). Even though it was pretty busy, the museum was large enough that it didn't feel crowded. The water "table" was the highlight of our visit, though all the exhibits were good as well.

It is a great place for kids age 1 to about 8. I have two older children in the between years and an almost preschooler so the older two enjoyed the flying room. My 2 year old explored the entire museum. The lower level houses the "food market" and it replicates the supermarket on Saturday mornings. It is a pile up!

Wow what a blast for the kids (ages 6&9). There was something for everyone at the Please Touch Museum.

We went with friends who also had kids (3, 5, 9) and they also loved the interactive exhibits and hands on play opportunities.

Even the food court was perfect for the family. With healthy(ish) options for all of us this cafeteria broke the junk food standard something for which we were greatly appreciative.

Finding this place was a bit tough even with gps for some reason but map it out and go there on your visit to Phili with kids. You wont regret it.
