The staff was so courteous and so helpful and the room was immaculate. We needed directions and we were walking everywhere and the front desk got us there every time without any problems. We also ate breakfast and service was excellent. Everyone was just so courteous to us at all times, very much appreciated so thank you.

We had another wonderful stay here for the last weekend of the annual Philly Flower Show.
A short walk to the show across the road was followed by a ten minute stroll to one of many fabulous restaurants. Breakfast was busy and yet civilized. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. One of our favorite Philly hotels.

Clean comfortable and accommodating. Every employee was warm and welcoming! Never met a nicer bunch of people... Honest and friendly. Great restaurant as well. Parked the car and left....within walking distance of everything.

Stayed for second time in mid Feb. I like the recent renovations but was more pleased that the staff again was exceptionally nice. Everyone says hi and people seem naturally enthused, not just going thru the motions. Front desk and serurity were great. The security/concierge in lobby suggested a great place to eat in a great area (by Drexel) that I had not been to before. Had a great time. I had car this time, easy in and out of city and last time I took the train, not a bad walk at all. I really like the fresh omelets. I had a different cook this time, but it was again awesome. Had to get back to room to eat but no problem, they had all the take out materials ready and it was no hassle. Room is a nice size and very clean. Just a very pleasent experience. For me, no sense trying out another hotel in Philly, will stick with this one!

My sister and I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn when we visited Philadelphia for the Flower Show. This is simply the perfect place to stay -- immediately across the street from the Convention Center, reduced-price parking located on site, and conveniently located right next to the wonderful Reading Terminal Market with its superb offerings of every kind of food you can think of. The staff at this hotel are the most friendly and helpful I've encountered in a US city and the room was clean and well equipped. Super-comfy beds too. When we booked online we opted in for the possibility of a room upgrade (only $15) if space in these larger rooms was available when we checked in. To our delight, we ended up in a Junior Suite at well below the usual rate. We also very much enjoyed the renovated cocktail room on the 11th floor -- great skyline views and great service. Thanks Garden Inn. we'll be back!

We stayed one night in Hilton Garden Inn on 26th December 2012 on the way from New York City to Washington DC. Despite the short stay, we enjoyed this hotel very much. The receptionist was very helpful (I cant remember his name but he's from Indonesia) and the breakfast was excellent! The room is also spacious and the 2 large queen-size beds are enough for the three of us. The hotel is located just across the bus terminal and a few block from Chinatown.

Spacious and clean room with king sized bed, microwave and fridge. Our room didn’t have a nice view, and there wasn’t a safe in the room. The location is fantastic – a block to Market East Station, a block to the Reading Terminal, and on the skirts of Chinatown. We reserved through Groupon, and the package included a free breakfast buffet, but I don’t think everyone gets that feature, so that would be something to ask. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and was available from 7 - 11, but I only recommend it if it is free. Otherwise, breakfast at Reading Terminal would be much yummier.
