Went to mall with family, 2 adults 1 child. Mall seemed to a more high end mall. Was spread out in 4 sections. Did a lot of walking to get to both ends of mall.

We came here on a rainy day during a recent trip to Philly. It was on a weekday and the place was empty. It was nice to shop and have all the stores to ourselves, we came here in 2009 and it has improved since then. The new JCPenney location is new and well-stocked, it was quite nice. Prices and selection is better here than at some of the Philadelphia Premium Outlets stores; Brooks Brothers comes to mind. The only one letdown is the image and feeling of the mall, it feels old, outdated and somewhat dreary, but who cares really the deals are here, if you want ambiance you can go to the KOP Mall.

My wife was very excited at the thought of shopping at such a large mall. We started exploring it and noticed that half of it is somewhat old and barren with the newer sections housing the typical outlet stores. Was not very impressed with it and our stay lasted only long enough to have a very quick walk through. it is not worth the effort.

Best value in Philadelphia, great shops, ridiculous prices, everything is discounted from the tag price - Nine West designer shoes $24. If you have the time don't miss it
