We had dinner at Parc to celebrate an anniversary and Bastille Day, and were fortunate to be there for the special Bastille Day prix fixe menu. Starting with the hostess, who fulfilled our request for a windowside table, through our waiter Michael H, and the managers who stopped by to check in, the service was excellent and perfectly paced.
The food was remarkable, with the best bread (baked in-house) we've had at any restaurant, delicious entrees (steak au poivre and soft shell crab), and amazing desserts. Ask for a panache, a mix of beer and French-style lemonade, so they will add it to the list.
Our visit was on par with our recent dining experiences in Paris, and the atmosphere and service made it pretty magical.
