“Would Return Again with the Family”
Reviewed November 22, 2013 via mobile

The Omni is centrally located, and offers nice facilities for the kids. We spent last weekend here with our 11 and 13 year olds, and the indoor pool was warm, and a perfect break. The staff was friendly, and the hotel lobby is impressive and comfortable. The towels in the bathrooms were more plush than most hotels, too! Upon leaving, we realized that dogs are welcome, too. May bring the little guy next time. Would definitely recommend this hotel for couples or families.

excellent hotel, restaurant & spa & the location is perfect to see the historic sites of Philadelphia. I would definitely return if in the area. The local buses come directly in front of the hotel & cabs are also plentiful in the area.

The room and service is what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Perfect location for the Old Town experience and easy freeway access or Mass Transit. The room was spacious, great city views and loved the gesture of providing free water and coffee delivery service. The concierge staff was always full of great tips and advise. My only complaint as a business traveler was the slow internet speed and cost of valet parking. At times it was no better than dial up service and had to use my cell service wi-fi when I needed to get quick response. I am sure the wireless internet access is highly dependent on location in the hotel from the access point and traffic bandwidth at the time of use. All the good points including a great rate helped overcome these negatives and would definitely consider coming back.

First time at Omni and it was an awesome experience. Beautiful accommodations, exceptional friendliness of staff and service was outstanding. I was amazed at the size of the bathroom - plenty of room to feel comfortable (there were 3 of us sharing a room). I would highly recommend.

We were here for jury duty which is the perfect location, just 3/4 blocks away. Staff was very friendly, beds were super comfortable, rooms/ bath big and spacious. Internet included with the cost of room which I think all hotels should do. We did op for the public parking around the corner instead of valet at $37 a day since we did not intend to take the car in and out. I thought the church bells would keep me up at night but that wasn't a problem for me. We also enjoyed the restaurant on the corner" cosi" for breakfast everyday, it was fast and fresh plus reasonably priced.

Down in Philadelphia for work and needed a good place to stay & meet clients. Found this location off of a recommendation and was glad to see it was a good recommendation! Had an excellent stay & enjoyed the top notch service for a reasonable price. You’re going to pay slightly more for this experience but it’s just that, an experience worth having! The staff were great & I felt light a much bigger deal than I was! Easy to get to all parts of the city & to get to meetings outside. Fun places to walk to for dinner, so you’re never bored! While I was on business I also would go back for fun! Saw young couples & families alike taking advantage of all the Omni has to offer. Check it out!

This beautiful hotel has amazing staff. Plain and simple. Yes it's beautiful. Yes it's clean. But the welcoming staff is what I'll remember from my stay here. Great location too. Nice gym and great lounge.
