The loews philadelphia is probably my favorite hotel in philadelphia. It's location is close across from the convention center and next to city hall. The concierge floor is a great treat when staying here. Amazing views of all of philadelphia. Only complaint I have is if there is a catered event going on there the valet is chaos. It could take forever to get into the parking lot. For what they charge for parking there you would figure they would have extra staff on hand.

Thank you for your recent stay at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel. We are glad to be your favorite hotel in Philadelphia. Our club lounge is one of the hotel’s hidden gems because of the view you get with the continental breakfast. A little tip, next time you join us, feel free to call ahead for your car to avoid waiting. Again, thank you for your review and we hope to host you again soon.

I've lived in Philly and Delaware County for the past 13 years and just experienced the Loews for the first time in March of this year. It is located in the PSFS building in Center City. The building is a bit old, but beautifully built, and well maintained. I also had a couple of meetings on the top floor (33rd I believe), which offered an amazing view of the city, just about eye level with William Penn (although looking at him from the side).

There are a number of great places to eat and drink within short walking distance, and you are only a short cab ride from either Old City or Rittenhouse Square.

I would recommend this hotel to coworkers or family.

We stayed at Loews to celebrate an anniversary. The staff was very attentive. We were surprised to find a chilled bottle of champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries, and a Happy Anniversary card signed by the staff waiting for us on our return from dinner one evening. The amenities were great too. We especially enjoyed swimming laps in the pool. We took advantage of the nearby city parking garage for our stay so that we could enjoy the ability to take the car, but we never needed it. The hotel is so well located we could get everywhere we wanted.

The building is really nice with an interesting history.
Location is really central.

Room was great, really spacious, clean and comfortable.
Nice little single lane pool and spa facility.

Bar and restuarant are good with very nice breakfasts.

Room Tip: The views from the higher rooms are great, also worth upgrading if possible.

My husband and I booked a stay at the Loews because we were staying in the city for a wedding.
From the time we entered the hotel we had a pleasant experience. The people that checked us in were very friendly and very knowledgeable when asked questions. The room we stayed in was a nice size and the bathroom was very large for a hotel. We attended a brunch where the food and service were exceptional. On our departure day, numerous staff asked about our stay and were genuinely interested in our response. We highly recommend this hotel because of the the beautiful accommodations, the friendly environment, and the exceptional staff.

Room Tip: We upgraded our room to a corner suite. it was quiet and spacious.
