The Loews is becoming our go-to hotel when we stay in Philly.

Pretty hotel in a prime location. Lots of amazing restaurants within walking distance. We have stayed here about 3 times in the last year and our room is always very clean and welcoming. Beds are so comfy and we've been lucky enough to have landed rooms with fantastic views of the skyline each time we've stayed.

A little pricier than some surrounding hotels, but worth it!

We recently stayed at Loews for a trade Conference. We had our CEO, Head of Sales & Dir Business Development and wanted to find a great restaurant to enjoy the night. Our company is European based so there is a different expectation of good service & food.
Luckily for me, Christian, the concierge at Loews suggested a wonderful restaurant that we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone was impressed with the food Quality & service.

Becaused our original hotel had over booked, we were sent over to the Loews Hotel. Seeing the flustration on our faces, Mr. Melvin Roach assisted us with our room and invited us to go and have a drink on him while he had our baggages sent to our room. While in the Sole Food Lounge, our waitress, Herissa, who was also very nice, invited us to had another drink on her.
Our hotel room was very accommondating and spacious. Upon checking our the next day, we met Mr. Willie Houser, Bell Captain, who assisted us with our baggage. Mr. Houser was kind enough to walk us back accross the street to our hotel and stay with us until our baggage was removed and taken by the other hotel staff.
Other staff personnel we met were also very accommondating and courteous as well.
We would most definitely stay at the Loews Hotel again in the future.
Thanks to all who made our stay most enjoyable.

Me and my husband just stayed the past weekend at Loews and we fell in love with the hotel and surrounding area. The staff was welcoming every step of the way and our room had a fantastic view. The hotel is beautiful, clean as well as historic. It was a short stroll to tons of great places to eat, drink and shop. We had apps at The Corner restaurant and drinks at the numerous bars around it. We then walked through the historical district towards penns landing to catch the ferry for a concert in Camden. Valet took our bags in the morning and put them in our car so that we didn't have to lug them around with us to breakfast, which was amazing at el vez. We will be back very soon!

have wanted to stay here for years, finally got the chance. The PSFS tower has been an icon on the Philadelphia skyline since the 30s when it was the first modern skyscraper built in the US. Loews did a phenomenal job restoring it and converting it to a first class hotel. The interiors of the main public spaces and elevator lobbies are beyond compare, stunning international style (think deco without the gaudiness). Service from valet to check in to housekeeping was perfect. Every single employee I encountered over three nights was friendly and welcoming.
Room was large with all the standard amenities. The custom desk was one of the most comfortable I've ever used in a hotel.
If you have any interest in modern architecture or cool adaptive repositioning of old buildings this is a must see place.

A conference in the Loews Philadelphia Hotel was the reason for my visit. This place is awesome and alot more upscale than the properties I usually stay in. Everyone I came in contact with was very kind and professional. My entire stay was a treat from arrival to checkout. Great view of the "City of Brotherly Love" from our room. Convieniently located within walking distance of area attractions. Check into this location if you want to be pampered!

Room Tip: higher rooms have a great view of the skyline

What an awesome property, from the amenities to the location, it was truly top notch. I was able to speak with two employees during my stay, I believe they were Adeline and Tashna. I was blown back by their professionalism and ability to accommodate my special requests. BUT, location is what really separates this location! Make sure to get a high floor for the view and DO NOT LEAVE until you go to Reading Terminal, Time, and Finn McCools. I didn't leave the two block radius all weekend. I would go back for sure!

Room Tip: don't leave without visiting reading terminal! make sure to say hello to Adeline or Tashna!
